Cutting machine designed for precise V cutting and 90° notching operations on PVC and aluminum profiles.

The machine is equipped with two Ø400 diameter saw blades operating on the vertical axis and positioned at a 45° angle.
A roller system is used on both sides of the machine to measure the length of long profiles.
The device is equipped with a single-sided support measurement system.
A cooling system is designed for aluminum profile cooling.
Profile support is adjustable according to profile dimensions.
The adjustable saw descent speed provides precise control and optimum performance during the cutting operation.
