PVC Glazing Bead Cutting Machine

CKY501 features two special saw blades positioned at 45° for simultaneous bottom cutting of PVC glazing bar profiles. Two glazing bar profiles can be cut simultaneously through special counter blocks. The saw blade speed is automatically adjustable. Standard equipment includes a conveyor system with manual measuring rod and adjustable length fixing stop (3m). Counter block change is quick and easy. Two vertical pneumatic clamps ensure optimal workpiece clamping.
